Short-stay rules in Bondi

Waverley Council is inside the Greater Sydney 180-night cap and enforces it. The rest of the STRA framework applies in full: NSW Planning Portal registration, property ID on the listing, fire safety with interconnected smoke alarms and a displayed evacuation plan, and the mandatory code of conduct, under which repeat noise complaints can see a property struck off the register.
